User experience, or UX, evolved as a result of the improvements to UI. Once there was something for users to interact with, their experience, whether positive, negative, or neutral, changed how users felt about those interactions.

Grid systems are aids designers use to build designs, arrange information and make consistent user experiences. They include rule of thirds, golden section, single-column, multi-column, modular, baseline and responsive grid systems.

Wireframing is a way to design a website service at the structural level. A wireframe is commonly used to layout content and functionality on a page which takes into account user needs and user journeys. 

Simply put, user interface (UI) is anything a user may interact with to use a digital product or service. This includes everything from screens and touchscreens, keyboards, sounds, and even lights. To understand the evolution of UI, however, it's helpful to learn a bit more about its history and how it has evolved into best practices and a profession.

Hierarchy is a visual design principle which designers use to show the importance of each page/screen's contents by manipulating these characteristics.

Typography is part of the overall visual language you use to communicate with your users.Typography can set a mood, set a tone and present a product the way you want it perceived.
